YOGA & STRETCHING

Power Yoga

Not your typical yoga. Push up, plank, squat we all recognize these words. This is an athletic flow of movements guided by breathing designed to increase core strength.

Gentle Yoga

Take it easy with simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Deep Stretch Yoga

This is a yummy recovery from those intense workouts. Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out and connect to something big.

I started working out with Jenny because I wanted to build muscle and learn how to incorporate more weightlifting into my weekly routine since I was primarily focused on cardio and HIIT and wasn't seeing the results I wanted from my existing routine. I always feel like a badass during our session and accomplished after our sessions. Jenny knows how to get you in a good mind set to tackle the workout and creates a space for you to feel comfortable trying new exercises!

The biggest surprise is how fun it is and how much Jenny is able to push me without feeling pressured and confident to listen to my body from Jenny’s cues.
